1) The NATIONAL PRINTING OFFICE (NPO), through the Revolving Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱9, 945, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 81, 250 Kilograms White Book Paper Through Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NATIONAL PRINTING OFFICE (NPO) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 81, 250 Kilograms White Book Paper Through Framework Agreement under a Single Year Framework Agreement.
