Supply and Delivery of 72 pcs. Plastic Drum, 200 liters Capacity and must be Double Ring to be used for the Construction of 9 units Fish Cages for the Red Tilapia Project

Conditions/Instructions for interested bidder:

1. Bids (s) proposal (s) shall be submitted to the office thru e-mail, registered mails, courier or personally drop in the bid box located at the main building.

2. The bidder is required to affix his/her signature, across the opening of the sealed envelope.

3. Quotation/s must include all kinds of taxes for the item(s) services and including delivery charges.

4. Interested Bidder may request RFQs through email or may obtain at BAC Secretariat office.

5. Only PhilGEPS registered suppliers bid shall be accepted.

6. Eligibility Documents (PhilGEPS Registration Certification and or Number, Mayors Permit, Income/Business Tax Return and Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be submitted upon submission of RFQs.

The BFAR-RO 2 - BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bid, waive any formality therein without disclosing the reason or basis and accept only the bids it deem is most advantageous to the government.
