1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2024 intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 940, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2024-05-1956. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by for Sixty (60)Calendar Days or from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
