1) The Municipality of Manay through the General Fund CY 2026, Supplemental # 1 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty Five (P 545, 445.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 4, 743 liters of diesel fuel to be used for Rehabilitation of Pagduyanan to Catagbakan Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Manay, through the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty Five (P 545, 445.00) Pesos, with Project Identification No#. 101-26-08-03S being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot . Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
