Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 UNITS SPORTS MOTOR
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through 2025 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET and as per Authority for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 UNITS SPORTS MOTOR intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 560, 000.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 UNITS OF SPORTS MOTOR”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 UNITS SPORTS MOTOR” is required for a contract duration of 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
