INVITATION TO BID FOR:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 UNITS CRYSTAL KAYAKS FOR LGU, MUNICIPALITY OF BIRI, NORTHERN SAMAR
1) The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar, through the SPA-Tourism fund for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 4 units Crystal Kayaks for LGU, Biri, Northern for ITB No. 2026-04-07 (negotiated). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Biri, now invites bids for the above project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
