INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3RD QUARTER REGULAR SUPPLIES
1) The Local Government Unit of Maitum, through the MOOE intends to apply the sum of Php 431, 309.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3RD QUARTER REGULAR SUPPLIES (101)-26-07-1109 dated July 27, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
