SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 30, 000 PCS RICE MONGO SESAME CEREAL UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0354-26
1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the Support to Nutrition Program-Other MOOE intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
Rice Mongo Sesame Cereal
Aid to Hunger Mitigation:
Complementary food for 6-23 mos. PSC 30, 000 pcs
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
