1) The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the MOPH-Gingoog-Drugs & Medicines intends to apply the sum of (Php1, 085, 100.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs & Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
