1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the MOPH-Gingoog-Drugs & Medicines intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty-Five Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php1, 085, 100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
PNSS 1L 3000 bots
PNSS 500ml 720 bots
PNSS 1L Irrigation 360 bots
PLR 1L 1200 bots
PLR 500ml 960 bots
D5LR 500ml 240 bots
D5 0.3% NaCl 500ml 1200 bots
D5 IMB 500ml 600 bots
Sterile water 500 bots
Mannitol 20% 500ml 100 bots
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days.
