1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Three Hundred Forty-four Pesos (PhP3, 193, 344.00) from FY2026 GAA as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of 3 LOTS IRIDIUM 192 RADIOACTIVE SOURCE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 3 LOTS IRIDIUM 192 RADIOACTIVE SOURCE using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
