1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (PR#2026-03-01097) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (P4, 966, 925.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 2, 500 sacks Rice (25 kilograms) at Provincial Social Welfare & Development Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
