1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 4, 999, 920.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of 24 units DIGITAL MOBILE RADIO & 60 units DIGITAL PORTABLE TWO-WAY RADIO for the Responders Communication Network - City Health Office, TPMO, POSU, TPFRO and BFP Pasay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
