SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2, 360 SETS OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR PRE-FABRICATED RHINO PHEROMONE TRAPS UNDER THE CY 2022 NDRRM-CDMP

1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region VIII, through the CY 2022 NDRRM-CDMP intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱1, 180, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 2, 360 Sets of Supplies and Materials for Pre-fabricated Rhino Pheromone Traps under public bidding no. 2024-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCA-VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the past five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
