1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and Eighty Centavos (PhP 500, 596.80) PR # GF-2026-0983 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 22 UNITS BIOMETRIC MACHINE FOR 22 IDENTIFIED CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS UNDER SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
