1)The Provincial Government of Siquijor, through the PGO 1000-1-01-001 200 502-03-090 funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2, 340, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 20, 000 liters of Diesel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
