INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 200 PCS MEDICAL OXYGEN CYLINDER (50 LBS), 20 PCS OXYGEN TANK VALVE AND 50 PCS OXYGEN VALVE HAND WHEEL HANDLE

1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through its GAA and/or its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven-Hundred and Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 740, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 2024-004 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within forty-five (45) Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
