INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2 UNITS LIGHT TRANSPORT VEHICLE (MARKED)

1. The Philippine National Police, through the General Appropriations Act of 2023 (CICA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP2, 914, 920.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 2 units Light Transport Vehicle (Marked) under Public Bidding No. LSS2024D-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
