SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 17, 500 PCS MATERNAL MILK UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0352-26
1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the Support to Nutrition Program-Other MOOE intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php700, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
Maternal Milk
Aid to Hunger Mitigation: Dietary Supplementation for nutritionally at-risk pregnant women 17, 500 pcs
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
