Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Pesos (Php11, 000, 000.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 12, 500 bags Certified Palay Seeds for Buffer Stocking under the Production Support Services of Rice Program for CY-2026 in MIMAROPA Region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required in June and October 2026. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
