Supply and Delivery of 120 units Air-Conditioners



1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Supplemental Budget Appropriations No. 1 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 3, 755, 000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 120 units Air-Conditioners / PBD Goods 060-2025 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 120 units Air-Conditioners using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
