I. Design and Performance

Type: Village Model, steel huller-whitener, mobile

•Milling Capacity: 100 kg/hr, minimum

•Milling Recovery: 62%, minimum

•Head Rice Recovery: 50% minimum

•Milling Degree: Well-milled

with milling degree adjustment feature

Prime mover:

•Minimum 6-hp, 4-stroke, air-cooled, single-cylinder gasoline engine

II. Safety, Workmanship and Finish

1. Noise Level, dB (A), maximum: 92 dB, if exceeded earmuffs must be provided for each unit.

2. Any uncoated metallic surfaces shall be free from rust and shall be painted properly.

3. Provisions for safety of the operator from all moving components of the rice mill such as belt guard or cover shall be included.
