1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental [PGMO], through a part of the proceeds of the Tobacco Excise Tax 2017-Agri Complex, intends to apply the sum of SIxTY MILLION PESOS [PhP60, 000, 000.00] being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. 1320-21 dated August 27, 2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
