1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Trust Fund - DOH - MAIP - JRBGH2021 - Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Pesos (PhP1, 492, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 unit Rotary Microtome with Waste Tray and other item; PR No. 21-2383 dated 12 August 2021; SN 235 - 2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
