Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 SET LED WALL SYSTEM FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1, 100, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 set LED Wall System for Emergency Operations Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 1 set LED Wall System for Emergency Operations Center using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
