1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the PhilHealth Regional Office -CAR, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers for the negotiation for the Procurement of 1 Lot Potable Computing Device for PRO-CAR 2025, in accordance with Section 35.1 (Two-Failed Biddings) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “ New Government Procurement Act.”
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eight Pesos (PhP 1, 809, 808.00).
3. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the PRO-CAR BAC Secretariat at procurement.phiccar@gmail.com or procurement.procar@philhealth.gov.ph from December 26, 2025 to January 19, 2026.
