1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, JRBGH - Capital Outlay: Proposed PABX System, Paging and CCTV System (SB2-2022) (Cont. Appro. 2022) intends to apply the sum of Six Million and 00/100 Pesos Only (PhP6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 Lot PABX System, Paging and CCTV System; PR No. 23- 4533 dated November 14, 2023; SN 37a - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
