1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the PhilHealth Regional Office -CAR, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers for the negotiation for the Procurement of 1 Lot Computers and UPS for PRO-CAR CY 2025, in accordance with Section 35.1 (Two-Failed Biddings) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “ New Government Procurement Act.”
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Four Million Four Hundred Thirty-eight Thousand One Hundred Four Pesos and 30/100 (PhP 4, 438, 104.30).
