Tenders are invited for SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF A NEW VIBRATION MONITORING DATA COLLECTOR

Tender More Details : Petrojam Limited invites eligible and qualified bidders to respond to this Request for Quotations for the Supply and Commissioning of a New Vibration Monitoring Data Collector to satisfy its business needs. Bidders are not required to provide a Jamaican Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and National Contracts Commission (NCC) certificate at the time of bid submission.

Contract Award Requirements: International Bidders, if successful, will be required to demonstrate tax compliance in their country of registration prior to contract award. Where any aspect of the procurement will be performed in Jamaica, the bidder is required to provide Petrojam Limited with the following prior to contract signing:
„X A valid Jamaican Tax Compliance Certificate.
„X A valid Letter of Registration with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) of Jamaica in a relevant category

Collection of Bidding Documents
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Monday, November 5, 2018 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for vendors to participate in the Tender.

Clarifications
Request for clarification will be accommodated up to Monday, November 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. sharp. All clarification will be facilitated through the electronic platform only (www.gojep.gov.jm)

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the bid closing and must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:00 am.
