Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the supply, implementation, deployment, maintenance, hosting, support and services associated with an electronic ticketing solution, including online ticketing, on-site ticketing, ticket control tools, transfers of authority and reversibility services. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is that of a mixed framework agreement with a purchase order portion and a fixed-rate portion, with no minimum and with maximum single-awardee, set at 215, 990.00 euro(s) excluding tax over the entire duration of the contract in application of article R2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. Delivery or performance deadlines are defined in article 4 of the CCAP. The prices of contract are mixed and the terms of revision are defined in article 5 of the CCAP. The conditions for providing services are defined in article 6 of the CCAP. Penalties are defined in article 8 of the CCAP
