SUPPLY AND APPLICATION SOIL STABILIZER AND GRANULAR SEAL COAT on Range Road 2212 from Dewdney Avenue to Railway Tracks; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 2.56 km. The proposal is to supply and installsoil stabilizer and granular seal coat, necessary equipment and manpower to complete the installation to a depth of 200mm (8”). The proposal is based on the road top at approximately 10 m and the work would include:  Ripping the road surface approximately 8”  Mixing in the existing pavement into the subgrade  Supply and install the soil stabilizer into the 8” SUBGRADE  Re-lay and compact material to 100% density  Place gravel (supplied by owner)  Sample and test for moisture and density to be completed by contractor  Supply and install the granular seal coat
