Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and goods related services.b) The tenderer should have successful completion experience on supplying of similar goods and related services (AMR Energy Meter Supply) in a single work order amounting not less than Tk 80.00 lakh during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 100.00 lakh as per Tender Data Sheet. (d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.(e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Undertaking relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt/Autonomous body.(f) Manufacturer-s authorization letter, brochure, technical data sheet, catalogue etc.(g) The meter should be compatible with existing software installed in BEPZA provided by Hexing Electrical Co., Ltd., China (existing software Hexing Version v2.3.0.0-RELEASE).
