Tender Details

Petrojam intends to upgrade the refinery Utility and Instrument Air Facility by replacing and modernizing the compressed air generation and treatment system. The upgraded facility shall provide reliable utility air, high-quality instrument air, and dedicated compressed air capacity for catalyst regeneration service. The system shall comprise three (3) fixed packaged compressors. Under routine operating conditions, two (2) compressors shall operate in a lead/lag arrangement to satisfy the Utility Air (UA) and Instrument Air (IA) demand, while one (1) compressor remains available as standby. The third compressor shall also be capable of supplying the higher-pressure air required for catalyst regeneration and shall serve as backup to the UA/IA system when required. The complete package shall include the compressors, wet and dry air receivers, bulk water separation, filtration, heated desiccant drying, controls, instrumentation, interconnecting package piping, electrical interfaces, documentation, testing, spares, training, and technical support necessary to provide a complete and operable
