The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement Method for the Supply of Agricultural Supplies and Equipment for use by the Municipal Agriculture-s Office in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
