Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of aggregate for the needs of current road renovations in the Filipw Commune, including: 1) road gravel with a grain size of 0-31.5 mm in an amount of approximately 250 tons, 2) Aggregate 0 31.5 mm plus 30% of crushed aggregate in an amount of approximately 300 tons, 3) Aggregate 0 31.5 mm plus 50% crushed aggregate in the amount of approximately 3, 500 tons, 4) 100% crushed aggregate - in the amount of approximately 100 tons, 5) Sand 0-2 mm in the amount of approximately 200 tons, 2. The quantities of materials given are estimates and may be increased or decreased during the contract. Reduce or increase the quantity the subject of the contract does not cause any legal and financial consequences for the Ordering Party and does not require any amendment to the contract. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the material intended for centrifugation comes from an aggregate deposit for which a mineral extraction license has been issued. The Contractor should have such a license itself or have an appropriate agreement with the holder of such a license, which stipulates that the Contractor will have the right to extract the material for which the mineral extraction license was issued. The delivered aggregate must have: approvals, certificates and quality certificates required by law in accordance with the PN-EN 13242, PN-EN 13043:2004 standards...
