"Supply of active electrical energy and coordination of a balancing group for the needs of the Lyuben Karavelov Higher School of Construction Supply of active electrical energy and coordination of a balancing group for the needs of the Higher School of Construction "Lyuben Caravelov". Purpose of the order - the purpose of the procedure is the selection of a supplier of active electrical energy and coordinator of a balancing group for the needs of VSU "Lyuben Karavelov" for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of registration of the first delivery. Briefly Description/Scope of the order: Estimated amount of active electrical energy for 12 months is approximately 1, 404, 822 MWh. The estimated amount of active electrical energy to be supplied is determined based on consumed electrical energy in period 12 months ago and according to the term of the order. The estimated amount of electricity is indicative and serves only for information for the purposes of this public procurement. Estimated quantities of electrical energy do not commit the Employer to use them, as well as do not limit the consumption of the Contracting Authority. The selected contractor must include VSU "Lyuben Karavelov" in a balancing group, and all imbalances are assumed and are at the supplier's expense. In the capacity of "balancing group coordinator" the contractor should take responsibility for balancing and include the Employer in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group without the Employer paying a learning fee...
