Supply of active electrical energy and coordination of a balancing group for the needs of the Lyuben Karavelov Higher School of Construction. Purpose of the order - the purpose of the procedure is the selection of a supplier of active electrical energy and a balancing coordinator group for the needs of "Lyuben Karavelov" VSU for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of registration of the first delivery. Brief description/Scope of the order: Estimated amount of active electrical energy for 12 months is approximately 1441, 468 MWh. The forecast amount of active electrical energy that will be supplied is determined on the basis of electrical energy consumed in the past 12 months and in accordance with the term of the order. The estimated amount of electricity is indicative and is for information only for the purposes of this public procurement. Estimated quantities of electrical energy do not oblige the Contracting Authority to use them, nor do they limit the Contracting Authority's consumption. The selected contractor must include "Lyuben Karavelov" VSU in a balancing group, with all imbalances being assumed and at the supplier's expense. In the capacity of "balancing group coordinator", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing and include the Employer in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in standard balancing group without the Employer paying a participation fee.
