Subject: As part of the Marmor team (Marine Advanced Geophysical Research Equipment and Mayotte Multidisciplinary Observatory for Research and Response) funded in 2021 for 8 years, it was decided to develop a prototype observatory based on the measurement Distributed on fiber optic cable, in particular by relying on the so -called "distributed acoustic measure", or distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) technique. This prototype of observatory will be developed by relying on the Telecom Cable Mer of the Sea of 160km between Monaco and Savona (Italy), now decommissioned.
