Tender Details

The scope of this public procurement includes the supply of rechargeable batteries (accumulators), detailed in the table of the Technical Specification, which is part of the documentation, which includes a table of quantities that are estimated / indicative for the participants for the calendar year 2024, based on an analysis and the needs of the Contracting Authority for the supply and purchase of rechargeable batteries. The order will be carried out by purchase, upon prior written request by the CONTRACTOR, for a period of 2024 calendar year. The relevant types of rechargeable batteries (accumulators) indicated in Techtechnical specification, which are included in the scope of this procedure, are necessary to maintain the technical condition of the available vehicle fleet owned by the CONTRACTING PARTY.

Deliveries will be made under the terms of the concluded Contract, according to the requested types of rechargeable batteries (accumulators), described in detail in the Technical Specification.

The quantities for each request are determined by the CONTRACTOR according to his needs.

The CONTRACTOR does not obligatorily undertake to request from every one of the specified accumulators in the Technical Specification.

The procedure will be conducted according to the order of Art. 104, para.2 of the ZOP under the terms of Art. 61, para. 2, 3 and 4 of PPZOP.
