Scope of Supply The supplier shall provide brand-new, original, and compatible batteries and accessories (e.g., ECG cables, pads, connectors) specifically designed for the defibrillator unit, as specified in the request.
Compatibility Requirement All supplied items must be fully compatible with the existing defibrillator unit and must not compromise its performance or safety. Warranty Batteries must have a minimum warranty of 3 months. Accessories must have a minimum warranty of 6 months. Warranty shall cover replacement of defective items at no additional cost.
