Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The bidder must submit a Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter for the product to participate in the tender.2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services as a supplier.3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract for supply of similar type products or Petroleum Oil & Lubricants (POL) products handling equipment (such as flow meters, pumps, valves, etc.), with a minimum value of Tk. 55 Lakh in a single order within the last 10 (Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60 Lakh only.5. The Tenderer shall have a valid Import registration Certificate(IRC).6. The Tenderer shall ensure the installation, commissioning of the product, and training for the concerned personnel of JOCL.
