"Supply of 24 kV/12.5 kA remote-controlled three-pole load switch, sectional type, for outdoor installation", ref. #PPD 26-051 The Board of Directors of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD, as a sectoral public procurement contractor within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activity under Art. 123, item 2, in connection with Art. 125, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP and § 2, item 60 of the DR of the ZOP on the basis of special or exclusive rights within the meaning of § 2, item 47 of the ZOP, discovers and conducts a procedure of the type "negotiation with a preliminary invitation to participate" for the award of a public contract with the subject: "Delivery of a remote-controlled three-pole load breaker, sectional type, for outdoor installation 24 kV/12.5 kA", ref. No. PPD 26-051. The contracting authority opens and conducts the current negotiation procedure with a preliminary invitation to participate on the basis of Art. 132 in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 4, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" from ZOP.
