This market relates to the purchase and delivery of 100 decontamination kits for Special Operations Medical Unit (SOMU). The SOMUs are vehicles with specialized medical teams of 3 people based on the model of the mobile emergency and resuscitation service (SMUR) of chemical risk Radionuclear biological (CBRNA) of the defense. This vehicle has complete CBRNE equipment and is deployed in a whole series of CBRNA and uncertain causes. During the reception of victims of an incident involving dangerous materials, such as a CBRNA incident (chemical, Biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive) or any other incident involving dangerous materials, it is crucial to minimize the risk of secondary contamination as soon as possible. Exposed people often wear contaminated clothes, which not only endangers their own Health, but also constitutes a threat to emergency workers, other patients and hospital infrastructure. To limit this risk, this supply procedure provides for the purchase of special kits which are distributed to exposed persons. These kits include Emergency clothes and ways to get rid of their contaminated clothes safely and discreetly, so that they can be prepared in a more in -depth medical assessment and decontamination in the hospital.
