Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must have the registration in the E-GP portal and legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:1. Valid Trade License;2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Return Acknowledgement for the tax year 2023-2024;3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate;4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least two (2) successful contracts from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations;5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the Supply of Vehicles under at least one (1) successful contract from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations;6. The Tenderer shall have IRC Certificate;7. The Tenderer shall have manufacturer authorization related documents;8. The Tenderer shall submit manufacturer's ISO certificate;9. The Tenderer shall submit Catalogue of Payloader and Dump Truck including detail specifications;10. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5, 00, 00, 000.00 (Five Crore). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.Without one of these, the tender may be considered non-responsive.
