Tender Details

1. The procedure is conducted in order to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of training accessories, hereinafter referred to as the assortment of SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ.3. The contractor will provide a 12-month period warranty and 12 months warranty for the delivered assortment. 4. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the Contractor's Offer, in the table in column 3 of the Manufacturer, the model / type of the assortment or other data clearly identifying the assortment. The name Manufacturer should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or the entrepreneur placing the product on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. If the Contractor fails to indicate the Manufacturer, model/type or other data clearly identifying the assortment, The ordering party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act as inconsistent with the terms of the order.5. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.6. The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with indications in the offer of the parts of the order which will entrust the performance to Subcontractors, and provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.
