Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of surgical drapes (hereinafter referred to as the goods), of the type and quantity specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. If there is no demand for the product range covered by the subject of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to order part of the product range specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, with subject to section 3. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims for damages or claims based on any other legal basis, to which the Contractor consents. 3. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries made by the Contractor in a given task throughout the entire duration of the contract will amount to 70% of the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration in this task within the basic scope, specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract. The Ordering Party specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract. The contractor should offer and price all product items listed in the price form. The contractor is obliged to provide: Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ includes the manufacturer's name and trade name or catalog number.
