The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of surgical drapes (hereinafter referred to as the goods) of the type and in quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. 2.
