1. The Municipality of Bindoy, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos & 0/100 (₱ 3, 298, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supplies for Supplementary Feeding Program Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bindoy now invites bids for Supplies for Supplementary Feeding Program6 on August 24 - September 21, 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
