The subject of this order is the supply of necessary reagents and consumables to perform immunochemical tests along with the lease of an analyzer as well as reagents and accessories for the production of radiopharmaceuticals for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. 2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of implementation the orders are included in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specifications (SAC) - annexes No. 2.1-2.3 to the SWZ (tasks 1 to 3) 2) Description of the subject of the order, assortment and price specification (OPZ, SAC) - annexes No. 2.4 to the SWZ (task 4) 3) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 4.1-4.2 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 separate tasks. 4. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of offers for selected tasks, but does not allow for the submission of offers for any selected items in the tasks. In individual tasks, the full range of products must be valued in the quantities specified by the Ordering Party. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract in a given task will be rejected. 5. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 6. The Ordering Party did not conduct preliminary market consultations. 7. The Ordering Party does not provide for additional orders. 8.
