Tender Details

Supplies of potassium permanganate 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of potassium permanganate in an amount of 8 tons (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). Note: The Ordering Party declares that it guarantees the execution of the order to a minimum extent of 5 tons. 2. Detailed description subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed terms and conditions of the order are set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The means of evidence in question: 4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - i.e. in the OPZ, the Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit the following together with the offer. the means of evidence in question: 1) current Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene, allowing the Product to be used use in intended water for consumption; 2) Technical Specification of the offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification should confirm compliance with all requirements specified in point 1 of Annex 5 to the SWZ - i.e. OPZ. The Ordering Party requires that: The Technical Specification included specific numerical values ​​for the parameters indicated in point 1 of the OPZ (except for the form). The Ordering Party allows providing parameters in units other than those indicated in the OPZ, provided that they can be converted into units there defined. The Ordering Party will accept equivalent means of evidence if they confirm that that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the OPZ. 4.2.
